Questions buyers ask us

What should I send to get a quotation?

A shed model list and a bill of materials are ideal. If you do not have a formal bill of materials, photos of the hardware you pack per shed and your current coil specification are enough for us to prepare a sourcing plan.

Can we buy only one category, for example only coil or only hardware kits?

Yes. You can start with a single category and add others later. We quote by category, so you can take one line or all of them.

Can you source items outside your five categories?

Yes. We source insulation, paint touch-up kits and other items on your list through our vetted suppliers, and add them to the same order and inspection.

Where are you based?

Our headquarters is in Shanghai, and we operate through two companies, ETTAMO Shanghai and ETTAMO Hong Kong. Our team is based in Shanghai (China), Vietnam, Australia, Germany and the United States. We source across China, and our Vietnam office handles sourcing across Southeast Asia.

Which markets do you serve?

We serve shed manufacturers worldwide. Our key markets are Australia, New Zealand, the Gulf states (Middle East) and the United Kingdom, together with island markets in the Caribbean, the Pacific and the Indian Ocean. We also serve customers in Europe, South Africa and the Americas. Tell us your destination port.

Do you work with small factories?

Yes — small and mid-sized shed manufacturers are the clients we focus on. Tell us your volumes and we will propose a workable sourcing plan.

Who handles quality control and shipping?

We do. We confirm the specification with the factory before production, inspect the goods before loading, supervise loading, book the freight and prepare the documents through to your port.

Can we visit the suppliers?

Yes. When you visit China, our team can arrange and accompany factory visits. We also send production and loading photos with every order.
