Sourcing plans
From your shed models and bill of materials, we define the specification, source and lead time for every item and give you a written sourcing plan.
Integrated procurement
We also buy items outside our five categories for you and add them to the same order, inspection and container.
Consolidated coil purchasing
Galvanised, aluminium-zinc, aluminium-zinc-magnesium, zinc-aluminium-magnesium and pre-painted coil to your specification, bought in consolidated volumes for steadier pricing; every consignment ships with a mill test certificate.
Hardware kit supply
The full hardware set for each shed model, packed the way you need it: by quantity, by size or one carton per shed.
Machinery selection and delivery
Panel lines, purlin machines, double-layer and trim roll formers, configured to your drawings and trial-run before shipment.
Quality control
Specifications confirmed in writing with the factory before production; material, thickness, coating, dimensions and packing checked during production.
Inspection and loading supervision
Finished goods inspected against the approved sample; loading supervised and photographed; the report reaches you before the container leaves.
Ocean freight and documents
Vessel booking, export documents, shipment tracking and the paperwork your customs broker needs, through to your port.
