Forming rollers on a roof-panel line
What we supply

Production machinery

Roll-forming equipment for shed production, configured to your profile drawings and trial-run before shipment.

Forming rollers on a roof-panel line

We supply the forming equipment a shed factory runs every day: the panel line for roof and wall sheets, the purlin machine for the frame, the double-layer roll former for a second profile, and the trim roll former for flashings and trims.

Whether you are setting up a new line, adding a profile or replacing a worn machine, we configure the equipment to your drawings and handle it through to your port.

Roof and wall panel roll-forming line

Roof and wall panel roll-forming line

A complete line that turns galvanised or pre-painted coil into roof and wall sheets: decoiler, feeding table, forming stands, hydraulic cut-to-length and run-out table, under PLC control. Built to your profile — trapezoidal, corrugated or tile-effect.

Reference configuration
Reference profileRoof sheet, 1015 mm cover width
Material0.4–0.8 mm galvanised steel, 550 MPa
Decoiler5 t hydraulic, coil width up to 1250 mm
Forming stations20
Forming speed15–20 m/min; flying-cut version up to 40 m/min
CuttingHydraulic cut-to-length, ±2 mm
ControlPLC with touch screen
Power supply415 V / 50 Hz / 3-phase (customisable)
C/Z/U purlin roll-forming machine

C/Z/U purlin roll-forming machine

One line for the structural members of garages, farm sheds and light warehouses. On PLC-change models, section type and size are switched from the control panel instead of swapping spacers by hand; punching is set to your purlin drawings.

Reference configuration

Size changePLC-controlled, 3–5 minutes; manual version available
PunchingWeb holes, flange holes and custom patterns
CuttingHydraulic shear; flying shear optional
Double-layer roll-forming machine

Double-layer roll-forming machine

Two profiles from one machine. Two sets of forming rollers sit on an upper and a lower deck, so a factory can make two different roof or wall profiles in the floor space of a single line. One deck runs at a time.

Reference configuration
LayoutUpper and lower deck, one profile each; clutch-selected
ProfilesTo your drawings: trapezoidal, corrugated, tile-effect
Material0.3–0.8 mm galvanised, aluminium-zinc or pre-painted coil
Forming speed15–20 m/min
Example configurationUpper deck 1100 mm cover-width profile (18 passes) + lower deck 980 mm cover-width profile (22 passes)
CuttingHydraulic post cut-off for both decks
ControlPLC with touch screen
Dual-profile flashing and trim roll former

Dual-profile flashing and trim roll former

Roll-forms two sizes of flashing or trim profile on one line, with inline pre-punching and a hydraulic cut-off.

Reference configuration
